These terms govern your use of GoTechJob, operated by ISTECHGLOBAL, LLC. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.
Accounts
- Registration requires your legal name and a valid email address.
- You are responsible for your account, keeping your password secure and all activity under your account.
- You are responsible for the content you post, including profiles, resumes, job listings, messages and community posts.
Acceptable use
You may not use GoTechJob for illegal activity, spam, fraudulent or misleading job postings, harassment, or abusive, discriminatory or offensive content. We may remove content and suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Employers
- Job postings must describe real, currently open positions and comply with applicable employment laws.
- Employer-submitted jobs are reviewed by GoTechJob and may be approved, edited for formatting, or declined before publication.
- Candidate data accessed through the platform may be used only for recruiting for your organization.
Aggregated listings
Some listings are sourced from third-party job boards and company career pages and are provided for discovery. We do not guarantee their accuracy or availability; applications for those roles are handled by the original poster.
Subscriptions and payments
- Paid plans (Job Seeker, Employer, Enterprise) are billed monthly through Stripe until cancelled.
- You can cancel through your account; future charges stop and your account content is deleted upon account cancellation.
- Payments are non-refundable except where required by law.
- Prices and plan features may change with notice.
Disclaimers
GoTechJob connects employers and candidates but is not a party to any employment relationship and does not guarantee hiring outcomes. The service is provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ISTECHGLOBAL, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
